All I ever wanted... was love and respect...Yoroi Musha after announcing his retirement in "The Hellish Todoroki Family, Part 2"
Equipped Hero: Yoroi Musha (具足ヒーロー ヨロイムシャ Gusoku Hīrō Yoroimusha?) is the former No. 9 Pro Hero.[1] He retired due to the high backlash against Heroes following the Paranormal Liberation War.
Appearance[]
Yoroi Musha is an elderly-looking man with a long white beard, bald head and pale orange eyes with black sclera. His Hero Costume is a full set of Japanese armor with a red cape wrapped around his torso. His helmet notably has one large horn pointing upwards.[1]

Personality[]
Not much is known about Yoroi Musha's personality at this time, but it can be inferred from his reaction to his lowered ranking and short interview at the Hero Billboard Chart JP that he is a firm believer in the traditional role a hero plays in society.[1][2] However, after the Paranormal Liberation War, while people's faith in the heroes was being questioned, he lacked the fortitude to continue and retired.[3]
Synopsis[]
Pro Hero Arc[]
Yoroi Musha is introduced during the announcement of the top hero rankings of the year's second semester. He muses that aside from the top three, all the other ranks are determined simply by timing and luck.[1] When asked to make a statement to the audience, Yoroi simply replies that his duty has not changed.[2]
Endeavor Agency Arc[]
During Hero Work-Studies II, he interns Mina Ashido, Toru Hagakure, and Yuga Aoyama.[4]
Paranormal Liberation War Arc[]
Yoroi Musha is one of the Heroes who assaults the Paranormal Liberation Front's hideout, the Gunga Mountain Villa.[5] However, the Paranormal Liberation War ended in complete disaster for the heroes, with many cities destroyed because of Gigantomachia; a chilling death toll, both for heroes and civilians due to the conflict; Dabi's slanderous broadcast; and the flight of many villains, including "Tomura Shigaraki", who after the confrontation attacked numerous prisons releasing the prisoners held there.
Due to the high backlash the heroes received after the war, many of them decide to retire and close their hero office. Yoroi Musha is one of them, announcing his sudden retirement due to the increased scrutiny and criticism while admitting to himself that he became a hero solely for the fame and respect. His decision is met with boos and jeers from the crowd, accusing him of shirking responsibility and taking the coward's way out by resigning.[3]
Abilities[]
Overall Abilities: Yoroi Musha's combat capabilities are entirely unknown at present, but, since he ranked ninth in the Billboard Chat JP, it can be safely assumed that he was a very capable Pro Hero. He was said to be highly skilled and experienced as a Hero.[3]
Quirk[]
Unknown Quirk: Yoroi Musha's Quirk is currently unknown.
