Personality
Wolfram is an avaricious and manipulative Villain who will crush anything or anyone to get what he desires. He desires money and works as the leader of a troupe of thieves. They even masqueraded themselves as fake villains for hire to earn the trust of David Shield, just so they could steal his invention and enslave him to make more.
Wolfram cares little for anyone other than himself. He tries to kill his employer, Samuel Abraham, even after the latter kept his end of their agreement. Wolfram looks down on others and enjoys taunting them. With help from All For One, Wolfram believed he could defeat the No. 1 Hero All Might. He enjoys tormenting people by mocking their heroic decisions or inflating their villainous ones.
Abilities
Overall Abilities: Wolfram is a very capable individual as evidenced by All For One who was willing to entrust him with a muscle-enhancing Quirk showing great faith in his abilities. Even without the Quirk Amplification Device he was able to easily overpower Izuku Midoriya, one of the strongest students of Class 1-A.
- Leadership Skill: Wolfram is the leader of a small team of villains who he was able to decisively organize for his heist, each one performing their role and orders as instructed. His subordinates were not only confident in Wolfram’s leadership and plan, but were able to fight on par with the prodigal students of Class 1-A for a short time.
- Tactical Skill: Wolfram showed strategic intellect by hiring skilled personnel for his heist, most importantly in the form of an unnamed hacker who took control of I-Island's security systems. This was accomplished by having his hired crew pretend to be fake Villains for hire in order to steal the Quirk Amplification Device. In combat Wolfram has also shown his tactical intellect by applying his skills as a con artist to hinder his opponent’s decision-making, taking advantage of their mistakes he catches them off guard with a bombardment of attacks.
- Con Artist: Wolfram was able to pass himself and his subordinates off as a group of fake Villains for hire. His ability to deceive, influence and manipulate being displayed by how he swindled both Sam and David by taking advantage of both individuals' emotions.
- Anonymity: David and Sam didn't recognize Wolfram as an actual villain. This suggests that Wolfram has taken steps to ensure that he has stayed under the radar. After the chaos he caused on I-Island, he has most likely lost this advantage.
