So, after Enji left Dabi Mother and get married with Shouto mother, Dabi mother can't handle the stress that Enji already left her and suicide. After her suicide, within Dabi heart, there is hatred toward Enji. In order to do that he must join the League of Villians. Before he joined the League of Villians, he does a surgical to his body so he won't get recognized by Enji. And so he faked his name when joining the League of Villians and use his nickname Dabi to joined the League of Villians. In Chapter 191, it also explains that Dabi will attack Enji if there is a chance that Enji let his guard down and the fact that Dabi was the mastermind that send a powerful Noumu to attack Enji.
