Teruo Unagisawa (鰻沢照生 Unagisawa Teruo?)[1] is a young fan of Pop☆Step from Vigilante - My Hero Academia: Illegals.

Quirk and Abilities
- Electric Eel (電気ウナギ Denki Unagi?): Under the effects of Trigger, this Quirk transforms Teruo into a large eel-like creature with incredibly slimy skin.[2] Pushed further, Teruo's arms and legs bulk up and Teruo can discharge a surge of electricity, which then causes Teruo to pass out.[3]
