The Japanese doesn't make that distinction though. He's only referring to referring to the vocal changer. At no point is "人工声帯" "artificial voice changer" said in chapter 195.”もう一つの声帯” ペルソナコード is just the full name of the device, not a technique--Rrmcklin (talk) 21:58, September 1, 2018 (UTC)

No, since it says no where that the voice changer amplifies his voice, only changing the tone. That’s my guess, at least.
