Shota Aizawa

Oboro and Shota.

Oboro was Shota's classmate when he was still a student at U.A., being, along with Hizashi Yamada, one of his closest friends, despite them having contrasting personalities.

They had a good relationship and used to interact frequently, especially during their second year, when Shota began to have serious doubts about his abilities and his future as a hero. Oboro was there to encourage him and help him with his problems.

Thanks to Nemuri Kayama, both carried out their Hero Work-Studies at the Purple Revolution Agency, and their great teamwork shone through during their battles with the Villains they encountered. It was during one of those moments that Oboro first lent his goggles to Shota so that he could protect his eyes while fighting a smoke-weilding Villain, and this is what sparked Shota's idea to wear goggles permanently when in his hero costume.

Hizashi Yamada

As with Shota, Oboro was also a classmate and close friend of Hizashi. It was very common to see the three students together, having lunch on the rooftop of U.A. and talking about various matters.

Unlike Shota, Hizashi's personality was much closer to Oboro's, being both boys with a positive, jovial and energetic attitude, very prone to jokes, especially at Shota's expense.

Nemuri Kayama

Team Purple Revolution - Nemuri and Oboro!

Nemuri was Oboro's senior at the U.A., and he interacted frequently with her. Oboro was a big fan of her initial hero costume, the "Birthday Suit Style," and he didn't bother to hide his happiness when he got to see Nemuri almost naked.

Oboro respected Nemuri greatly. Thanks to Nemuri, Oboro was able to carry out his Work Studies with the hero His Purple Highness, forming a team with her and Shota that was very well-connected. Despite his impuslivity, Oboro obeyed Nemuri's decisions when they worked together.

It seems he had a little crush on her.
