My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising (僕のヒーローアカデミア THE MOVIE ヒーローズ:ライジング, Boku no Hīrō Akademia Za Mūbī Hīrōzu:Raijingu^?) was announced in the 17th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump. It is set to release on December 20, 2019.

Synopsis

“A must-see story full of passion!! In this movie, Deku, Bakugo, Ochaco, Todoroki, and all the other members of Class A will make an appearance!

Even though All Might was admired by [many] all around the world, it was with a sad heart that he had to give up his hero role as the Symbol of Peace. Because of this, a dark force who was moving behind the scenes, a villain named Nine who can be considered the greatest villain thus far.”^[2]

Production

On March 23, 2019, it was announced for the second animated film of My Hero Academia was schedule for release in Winter.^[3]

On July 7, 2019, it was announced for the official Twitter account and scheduled the film for release on December 20, 2019.^[4]
