The Midnight Boys (ミッドナイトBOYS (ボーイズ) Middonaito Bōizu?) are a group of four heroes who worked under Midnight as sidekicks.[1]

Description[]

The Midnight Boys are a foursome of attractive and well-dressed young men who worked for Midnight. They appear to function as a combination of a hero team and fan club, showing both great concern for Midnight's health following a battle and intense jealousy towards a defeated villain after Midnight mockingly kissed him. They refer to Midnight as "Mistress Midnight" (ミストレス・ミッドナイト Misutoresu Middonaito?)[2]

Synopsis[]

History[]

During her time at U.A. High School, Midnight dreamed of having her very own group of young Sidekicks.[3]

At some point after graduation, Midnight starts up her own Hero Office and employs four men to be her sidekicks.

Vigilantes Beginnings Arc[]

After Midnight helps Eraser Head subdue a nameless villain with a Suicide Bomb Quirk, the four Midnight Boys appear on the scene. Following Midnight's instructions, they quickly secure the criminal and drag him away to be handed over to the Police Force.[4]

Sky Egg Arc[]

Months later, in an operation to catch a suspect of drugging drinks with Trigger in Mixers, Midnight telephones the Midnight Boys to ask out the two girls who had to join the Mixer, causing them to cancel their participation, and allowing her and Kazuho take their places as "substitutes".[5]

On the occasion of the return of Captain Celebrity to the USA. Makoto decides to organize a farewell show at the Tokyo Sky Egg, inviting several of Japan's most famous heroes to the event, including Midnight and her sidekicks.[6]

During the Sky Egg Bombing, the Midnight Boys assist in keeping the attendees warm with blankets while Pro Heroes deal with the Bombers.[7]

Final Performance Arc[]

Several years after the Sky Egg Bombing, Midnight seems to be still in contact with them after she begins working at U.A. After Bee☆Pop's destructive rampage in Naruhata, one of the Midnight Boys arrives to assist Midnight before he is blocked by Endeavor.[8]
