  • In the future if you move a sandbox to a proper page, please don't create a redirect link (it should give you the option to not make one or not) Thank you.

      Loading editor
    • Sorry, i don't have that option. I think It's only for the wiki admin, mods, etc..., not regular writers.

        Loading editor
    • The option is indeed only available to permissions holders. You could, however, add the {{delete}} template to the leftover redirect so it’s easier to find for those who can delete it.

  • Hey like I brought up a while ago, I've taken down the battle/event pages from the PLW Arc. Jus ended up making the Event page prematurely, which led to you making those pages early, you know what happened lol.

I'll be reformatting the pages and recreating them. I apologize for having to delete the pages and I want to avoid any issues, which is why i'm messaging you. I'll be sure to use what you had in place when I put the restructured pages back up so none of it goes to waste. Thanks.

  • Hey, I notice you been uploaded Mission 1 and now 2 images and I wanted to say. We decided awhile ago to remove the "TUM" tab originally in the tabbers because we only had the "Chapter 0" cover at the time. As the first raws and now Chap 0 - 3 + Bonus two (and "Mission 4") are out I was wondering if we could compromise on limiting the images we upload for these chapters. As 1. their not confirmed canon, 2. excessive in the respective galleries (ex: we uploaded every single Smash!!! panel) and 3. their no generally "flow" like Main Series/Vigilantes as it's basically Izuku in each mission more or less and the "Extra" chapters.

I was thinking we limit each chapter to 4-5 images (besides chapter cover/color page) that showcase the chapter. I also think we shouldn't add the images to the galleries just because as more mission/chapters are released it's just going become a mess to handle in the respective gallery.

    Would love your input.

Even the videogames, no canon characters, Quirks, etc...? jeez, you really don't like the non canon. Ok, i'm sorry, that was terrible joke of mine.

Bad jokes aside, I still don't see the problem of creating pages to non-canon stuff. Many other (if not all) anime wikis pages do it and no one have any issue with them. It’s still official material and whenever the sources are indicated and exlain when something is canon or not there should be no problem.

Young Mako wrote: I said the articles are in bad shape in their current shape. More isn't better. It's about quality not quantity.

I know I make mistakes, I'm not perfect, but I always doing the best I can with my writing and English. But speaking of quality, I’m shouldn't being criticized for not worrying about quality considering that i’m the one who finished, updated or fixed many pages created by other users.

For example, the U.A. School Festival page, it was an empty page for an entire year and it would stay that way for much longer if it wasn't for me. The same goes with the School Festival arc page, it lacked a sh*t ton of info (it only had a few paragraphs describing the fight between Deku and Gentle and little else) until I completed it.

The Provisional Hero License Exam Arc?, which by the way it’s just copy paste the info from the chapters (talking about repeated info with nothing new). Nobody had made the effort to check it for months, as it used fan-translated names and terms instead of the official ones and had outdated info. Guess who was the one who fixed it.

Sorry for my way of expressing myself but this quality complaint bothers me, considering that I am one of the most committed to the wiki

Young Mako wrote: If you're talking about pages like Asui & Selkie vs. Innsmouth or Todoroki vs. the Ninja students.. nice try but that's not at all the same thing. You're the one who created the "Swimming Competition" page after all, which serves no real purpose. At least the fights were included to expand parts of the Hero Killer Arc/Exam Arc.

However, all these pages fall into the anime's timeline. TUM does nothing of the sort so no what I said about OVA's and filler it cannot be applied to anime filler battles because they're placed within the established timeline. Also HK supervises the anime and those changers were all canon approved.

Actually I had the "Mezo and Toru vs. Snipe" in mind considering how the students achieved victory contradicts the manga, and because it's a very short battle (much shorter than those from TUM)

The Asui battle and the Todoroki battle expand parts of the Hero Killer Arc/Exam Arc as much the "Swimming Competition" expand the Training Camp Arc. I mean, yeah, cool fights but you can perfectly cut them from the anime without affecting the story at all.

TUM chapters are also supervised and approved by HK, to avoid conflict with the main manga. Of course I know that this neither denies nor confirms its canonicity.

You shouldn't take any of this personally. I'm not saying you're a bad editor and all your edits are bad quality. I just think you have a tendency to let yourself get all over the place. You're obviously one of the best and most dedicated editors we have and I think everyone appreciates you, I don't think that's ever been in question.

I understand what its like to recieve critisim when you feel like you're just doing all you can. When I first joined this wiki it was in far worse condition than you can imagine. It took a lot of work that went unappreciated for some time and it was annoying when I got called out for my mistakes.

However, that being said I worked hard to make this wiki what it is today. We have many committed editors, including you but that doesn't mean we just let everyone do whatever they want.

Thanks for filling out the arc pages, I felt they were a lost cause and I appreciate you spending time repairing them. I was uninterested in finishing the School Festival page, but if you want to go down the list of contributions, I've done countless things for this wiki, and I think we both know that. And guess what, I didn't get thanked for every single one of them.

My point is that we can't aways expect to be praised for our edits, because that's not why we edit. We edit to maintain a standard and I'm going to hold you and everyone else to that standard no matter what.

  • I did this on Hizashi's page as a test to better formulate the battles because in some cases the Vigilantes battles are way more than with the manga battles and manga has priority over Vigilantes which is why the tab is second. Please don't undo my edits.

  • Hey, please refrain from creating upcoming battles until they're properly finished due to the nature of this arc. The mods have discussed this on Discord and we are waiting until the battles our completed to create the page(s). (ex: we were going wait on mirko/crust vs. high end to finish and make it one page, but you went ahead and made it two and now leaving it as is until its finished). There is no rush in creating these battles so please wait. Thank you.

    • I don't think that the pages need to be deleted yet, but it would probably be best if they're locked for now and worked on in a sandbox for the time being.

    • I didn't meant deleting the actual page (right now), it was more in the sense it's best to wait until the battles reach a conclusion (to create a page) and if you want to work on them make a sandbox. I'll lock the pages for the time being.

  • I just realized we don't treat any of Kuin in Tamao's body as Tamao (category wise) So, for the upcoming Vigilante chapters should we do the same for Kazuho? Basically putting all images only on Kuin's gallery... y/n
