Hey Megistos. I'm away from home so I can't edit today. The gif you uploaded of Foresight came out really glitchy for some reason. Sometimes rendering it on fandom does this of no fault of your own. If you wouldn't mind, I can try to make a more stable version when I get back. I just don't want new users getting the wrong idea.
"Smash" its just a parody of the main work, with no relationship with its plot... TUM, on the other hand, takes place in the same timeline. Everything seems to indicate that it takes place between the Festival arc and the Joint Training arc, among which there are months we hardly know anything about the students and their activities.
The manga has just started and it is normal that it has no references in the main work, the same happened with Vigilantes (no reference until several months later with the Trigger drug) Of course I know it has not been confirmed whether it is canonical or not but its fully supervised by Horikoshi himself.

I'm not part of a company if my role is just to temporarily work alongside them for a task.
Sorry, I explained badly, what was canceled are the Hero Work-Studies, not interships (I got confused due to the different translations of the activity name). TUM are an internship, but of different kind, like the Hero Agency Internships are different from Work-Studies.
HAI are only temporary (no more than one week), unlike HWS whose duration is much longer (months), in addition to students not receiving remuneration for their work, unlike HWS where they do.
Literally no indication where it takes place in canon, and the only thing thats put into articles our Main Series and Vigilante based of this https://heroaca.github.io/omake/en/13-0134.jpg from one of the Main Series Volumes
It was also was decided the movies were canon and the databooks. Also @ what KingCannon said is basically what the whole point of "TUMS" is, to do a simple task w/ a pro
A congratulatory message not very different from the one Horikoshi dedicated to TUM in his first chapter.
Also, even if something is not canonical (and I am not saying that TUM is) there is no reason to remove the information and the categories. If not, then you should go to other articles and delete all non-canon info, for example in this:
Once you click on the link I sent or, as MaLilith said, the green box to the side with the Discord logo on, you should be taken to a page that should look somewhat like this, depending on what device you’re on. You should be able to join the server from there.
