I’m on top of my game! That “BAM” was more like “KER-BOOSH!” Made my heart go “BADUM!”
Manga Fukidashi in "Clever Commander!"

Manga Fukidashi ( (ふき) (だし) (まん) () Fukidashi Manga?),[1] also known as Comicman (コミックマン Komikkuman?), is a student in Class 1-B at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.

Manga is a very short young man with fair skin and a pale-white speech bubble as a head and neck which can change shape and display his thoughts in written form.

Manga's hero costume consists of a black shirt with light colored sleeves and light pants covered by a series of ink bottle-like armors around his torso and legs. He wears a belt with manga panels, elbow under-length gloves, and his mask resembles a manga page template.

Manga appears to be an expressive person, evident by his enthusiasm during the Cavalry Battle and Joint Training Session with Class 1-A. He also seems to have a soft spot for children as he enjoys making them smile.[2]

Comic (コミック Komikku?): Manga's Quirk allows him to create words in midair by speaking them. These words are onomatopoeia (words that describe sounds) which can manifest the effects of the phenomenon that the sound suggests. The only drawback is that the overuse of his Quirk can cause him to get an incredibly sore throat.[3]
