In the past the villain team stole ten million dollars from a casino in California as part of a job. They were confronted by several police officers and two Pro Heroes, [[Elec Plant]] and [[Cow Lady]], but they easily managed to defeat them. When they were about to attack a civilian inside of a car, they were stopped by a young [[Toshinori Yagi]] who sent them flying with only a single punch. One of the villains tried using his Quirk to launch rockets at Toshinori only for the latter to easily destroy the projectiles. Realizing that they are severely outmatched, the villain team tries to retreat. L.A. Villains was a villain team that operated in California, USA.[1]

Appearance

The smaller of the villains has blonde hair and a long pointed nose. He is clad in a red, skin-tight, full body suit designed with white marks and an "R" across the face mask.

The larger villain has blue skin and wears a black mask. He also sports a support vest, jeans, and regular shoes.
