Giant Ice Wall is a move that is performed by Shoto Todoroki.
Description
Shoto uses his ice power to unleash a massive wall of ice to freeze and/or block the opponent with its massive size.
Though, a drawback of this move is that it drops Shoto's body temperature after the move is finished and requires him to regulate his temperature with his fire side to be able to use his power again.
