Appearance
Fourth Kind is a man with a shaved head and a scar on his left eye. He also has a steel jaw. He wears a fancy black suit with a black tie. Because of his quirk Fourth Kind has four arms and he wears a ring on every finger.
Personality
Fourth Kind seems to be a strict person since Testutetsu feared that Fourth Kind will be very angry for keep him waiting.[1]
Synopsis
Field Training Arc
Fourth Kind explains the mechanisms of his salary to Eijirou and Tetsutetsu. After telling the two surprised students that he can make two nominations, he explains their practical operations to them.[2]

Close Quarters Combat: He is good at Close Quarters Combat by bringing foes into range.[3]
