Appearance
Fourth Kind is a large man with brown hair cut very short and black eyes. He has a metal jaw and a scar over his left eye. He wears a black suit and shoes as his hero costume. Due to his Quirk, Fourth Kind has four arms and his costume features four arm sleeves. He sports a golden ringer over all twenty of his fingers.
Personality
Fourth Kind is a strict professional who didn't cut Kirishima or Tetsutetsu any slack during their internships.[1] Any small infraction deeply upset Fourth Kind, who would reprimand the young men by hitting them.[2] Tetstetsu feared Fourth Kind's impatience would lead to punishment when Eijiro made them late one day.[3]
Synopsis
Vs. Hero Killer Arc
Fourth Kind first appears when Eijiro Kirishima and Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu meet at his agency for their field training. The Chivalrous Hero explains his agency put in two offers because he was impressed with the guts they both showed at the sports festival. He informs them that they can't be heroes with force alone, but they interrupt him while he's talking so he yells for them both to be quiet. Then he goes on to explain the mechanisms of his salary and their his offices practical operations.[4][1]
Fourth Kind harshly mentors Eijiro and Tetsutetsu
Later on, he has both of them make him tea. When he tastes that it's too warm, Fourth Kind gets angry and punches both of them while their Quirks are active. He tells them that the tea needs to impress their clients, and then says it's satisfying to hit the interns Quirk's.[2]
After the incident in Hosu, Fourth Kind catches Eijiro and Tetsutetsu coming in late. He angrily hits them and reminds them the importance of punctuality.[5][6] He also takes the boys to do community service by cleaning up a park.[7]
Internship Arc
He is mentioned by Eijiro, who attempted to intern under him again, but he was busy.
Quirk and Abilities
Quad Arms (四本腕 Yonhon'ude?): Fourth Kind's Quirk grants him four arms, increasing his strength.[8]
Close Quarters Combat: Fourth Kind is good at close quarters combat by bringing foes into range.[8]
