Description
Izuku was first seen using it to defeat a group of Villains on the water, during the Unforeseen Simulation Joint Arc. Izuku powers up his finger to create a powerful shock wave with a flick. He later uses it in his fight against Shoto Todoroki during the Sports Festival Arc.
