Dagobah Municipal Beach Park is in an unknown city where All Might trained Izuku Midoriya run by the Dagobah Beach Park Commission. He had to move a lot garbage from one side to the other as part of his training.
History
All Might chose a spot where he could train Izuku, so that his body could become a vessel for his Quirk.[1] When the cleaning is done, All Might explains Izuku the reasons about going to U.A.. Then, the newspaper shows the results of Izuku's training which causes this park to become a dating spot.[2]

- Dagobah, a star wars reference, is the planet Yoda trained Luke Skywalker on.
