Chronostasis (クロノスタシス Kuronosutashisu?) is a Quirk used by Hari Kurono.
Description
Hari's Quirk grants him arrow-shaped hair that can extend itself in a straight line and cut others, slowing down targets hit by it.[1]
The "Minute Hand" is located on the front of his hair, above the forehead, and the "Hour Hand" located on the back, around the nape, with the duration of the slowdown effect correlating to the unit of time represented by the hitting hair arrow.
Hari is incapable of using his Quirk while in movement, so he needs to remain motionless for his hair to extend.[2]
