The Soul's whereabouts (?) is the two hundred thirteenth chapter of Kohei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia.
Synopsis
The chapter opens with the One For All predecessor from the previous chapter continuing the lecture he was giving Izuku Midoriya. He tells him not to give up, and then proceeds to inform him that the Quirk he used in chapter 210, Black Whip, was the one the predecessor had previously had before being given One For All. Izuku and Ochaco remain a safe distance away, but are suddenly attacked by Hitoshi’s Capturing Weapon, which Izuku blocks with his hand. Another fight begins between them.
The chapter ends with Shota Aizawa, Vlad King and All Might viewing the battles from the sides. All Might asks if they should intervene and stop the round, but Shota says that they should keep watching, which seems to surprise the former.
