At [[Class 1-A]]'s [[Heights Alliance]], [[Mina Ashido]] is showing off her dance moves, which impresses some of her classmates. Interested, [[Izuku Midoriya]] decides to learn some dance moves from Mina. [[Denki Kaminari]] talks to [[Kyoka Jiro]] about her music themed room, which Kyoka shyly asks Denki to stop commenting on it.

At Class 1-A's Heights Alliance, Mina Ashido is showing off her dance moves, which impresses some of her classmates. Interested, Izuku decides to learn some dance moves from Mina. Denki talks to Kyouka about her music themed room, which Kyouka shily asks Denki to stop commenting on it. In Class 1-A, Shota announces that U.A will be having a culture festival and explains that the culture festival is sponsored by the other departments such as the General Department. However, Shota points out that part of the festival will be within U.A and tells Class 1-A to pick out a program to perform at the culture festival. Tenya asks ideas from Class 1-A; many of them give creative ideas such as Denki's maid cafe or Ochaco's mochi shop. Soon, Class 1-A reaches many ideas. Before class ends, Shota tells Class 1-A to make a decision by tommorrow otherwise the class will be doing a public lecture. Back at Heights Alliance, Tenya believes that Class 1-A should do a program where everyone can blow off steam. Mina suggests dancing, to which Shoto unexpectedly agrees and goes on to say that relieving stress where everyone can have fun is a great idea, which he got from the Provisional Hero License training. Mina offers to teach Class 1-A some dance moves while Minoru suggests that dancing requres music, which Toru suggests Kyouka for the task.

School Festival (文 (ぶん) 化 (か) 祭 (さい) Bunkasai?) is the one hundred and sixty-ninth chapter of Kohei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia manga.

Summary

At Class 1-A's Heights Alliance, Mina Ashido is showing off her dance moves, which impresses some of her classmates. Interested, Izuku Midoriya decides to learn some dance moves from Mina.
